Orlando Funeral Guide ("we") is a static informational website. We collect as little information as possible.

Information you enter in our tools

The planning checklist, cost calculator, comparison worksheet, memorial service planner, and other tools run entirely in your web browser. What you enter is saved only in your browser's local storage on your device so you can return to it. It is never sent to us. You can clear it at any time with each tool's "Clear" button or by clearing your browser's site data.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email address, reason for contacting us, and your message by email, and use them only to respond. To limit spam, our server briefly keeps a one-way hashed (non-reversible) form of your IP address for up to an hour. Please don't send sensitive personal, medical, or financial information.

Analytics and advertising tags

We use Google's tag (gtag.js), which may include Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement, to understand how visitors use the site. It records things like pages viewed and clicks on buttons such as "Call," "Directions," and tool usage. Google may set cookies or use similar technologies. Server logs

Our web host automatically records standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) in server logs for security and troubleshooting.

Links to other sites

We link to funeral providers, government agencies, and other websites. Their privacy practices are their own.

Children

This site is intended for adults and doesn't knowingly collect information from children.
